Dr. Ann Croghan

Dr. Ann Croghan, PT, DPT, CLC, CAPP-OB and Trigger Point Dry Needling certified.

 Ann is passionate about providing care and education to her community in order to improve their quality of life and help them get back to what makes them happy. Ann earned her doctorate of physical therapy from CU Medical Campus with her specialty course work completed through the Pelvic Health Academy and Herman and Wallace. She is certified lactation counselor (CLC) and she provides lactation education to medical professionals as well as offering services to her clients. Ann brought to her community the original obstetrics program, which provides services to women throughout their pregnancy, birth, postpartum periods. She has participated in multiple podcasts, lectures, presentations, professional publications advocating for similar services throughout the US. Ann is the solo provider at Salida Pelvic PT.

Community: Doula, CLC

We currently have two doulas in the area. The doulas are not associated with Salida Pelvic PT, we just support each other as providers.

Zippity Doula: Courtney is a certified birth and postpartum doula (CBD) as well as a certified lactation counselor (CLC).  She services families in the Salida and surrounding areas and is a local favorite for her birth work as well as being an extraordinary human. Website

Community: Acupuncture

Amy Lapes, L.AC. is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with an MS in Acupuncture. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist by the state of Colorado and certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has also completed a Chinese Medicine Herbal Study Certification Program. She offers a variety of services including acupuncture, infrared sauna, celluma light therapy. Amy is well known for her positivity and healing nature. Amy is not associated with Salida Pelvic PT, we just support each other as providers. Website

Dr. Skylar Paffenroth has her doctorate in chiropractic care. Dr. Skylar specializes in pre and post natal care for women, along with the care of newborns, infants and children. She is certified in the Webster technique to aid in her care for pregnant women. She is known for her gentle approach with all of her clients from the very young through the older clients. Skylar is not associated with Salida Pelvic PT, we just support each other as providers. Website

Hearth Healing is a national company dedicated to providing Pelvic Health Coaching to women across the US. Originating in Salida, Hearth Healing supports pregnant and postpartum women virtually through a coaching program. Hearth Healing is not associated with Salida Pelvic PT, we just support each other as providers.
